• Subscription-based premium features

User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access premium features, you may need to purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms include:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions may be managed by going to Account Settings after purchase
• No refund will be provided for unused portions of subscription terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, or hateful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

You retain ownership of any content you submit for translation. However, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content through our translation services
• Store translation history on your device
